The New Year $500 Bonus Sweepstakes will be conducted beginning on Tuesday, November 1, 2011 and ending on Sunday, January 8, 2012. |

To participate, a Player must submit one (1) nonwinning ticket from any Virginia Lottery holiday game (SILVER and GOLD, SWEET TREATS, PENG-WIN, HAPPY HOLIDAYS or JINGLE BENS) via an established entry method for this Sweepstakes. Entries for this Sweepstakes will be accepted via U.S. mail and the Internet. |

On Monday, January 9, 2012 the one (1) established drawing date for the New Year $500 Bonus Sweepstakes, a drawing will be conducted from all eligible entries submitted via the established entry methods and by the established entry deadline date. |
|
To participate in the drawing, all sweepstakes entries must be received at the Lottery by
11:59 p.m. on Sunday, January 8, 2012 for the January 9, 2012 drawing. |
|
Entries submitted will be valid for the drawing based on the date the entry is received by the Virginia Lottery. |
|
The New Year $500 Bonus Sweepstakes is open to players 18 years of age or older. Players may be required to provide proof of their date of birth. |
|
A player may enter the New Year $500 Bonus Sweepstakes more than once as long as a different non-winning Virginia Lottery holiday game (SILVER and GOLD, SWEET TREATS, PENG-WIN, HAPPY HOLIDAYS or JINGLE BENS) is submitted with each entry. However, a player is eligible to win only one prize in the drawing. |

entries, whether
submitted through the US mail or on the Internet have an equal
chance of winning a prize. |

Chances
of winning any prize in the New Year $500 Bonus Sweepstakes depend on the
number of total entries. |

one (1) entry per envelope. An entry consists of one (1) non-winning Virginia Lottery holiday ticket (SILVER and GOLD, SWEET TREATS, PENG-WIN, HAPPY HOLIDAYS or JINGLE BENS). |

on the back of the ticket. Entries MUST
