To enter It Pays To Play Sweepstakes, complete game demos for Pick 3, Pick 4 AND Cash 5 for a total of three entries per drawing. There are 10 weekly drawings. Each entry is eligible for only one drawing. Return each week to play the Game Demos and enter It Pays To Play Sweepstakes! No purchase is required to participate. |

In conjunction with this Sweepstakes, ten (10) prize drawings will take place, one (1) each on September 30, 2009, October 7, 2009, October 14, 2009, October 21, 2009, October 28, 2009, November 4, 2009, November 12, 2009, November 18, 2009, November 25, 2009 and December 2, 2009 to select the winners for this Sweepstakes. |

Entries received but not selected to win a prize in a drawing will not be eligible for the next drawing. All Sweepstakes entries must be received at the Lottery by:
11:59 p.m. on September 29, 2009 for the September 30, 2009 drawing,
11:59 p.m. on October 6, 2009 for the October 7, 2009 drawing,
11:59 p.m. on October 13, 2009 for the October 14, 2009 drawing,
11:59 p.m. on October 20, 2009 for the October 21, 2009 drawing,
11:59 p.m. on October 27, 2009 for the October 28, 2009 drawing
11:59 p.m. on November 3, 2009 for the November 4, 2009 drawing,
11:59 p.m. on November 11, 2009 for the November 12, 2009 drawing,
11:59 p.m. on November 17, 2009 for the November 18, 2009 drawing,
11:59 p.m. on November 24, 2009 for the November 25, 2009 drawing.

Entries submitted will be valid for the drawing based on the date the entry is received by the Virginia Lottery. |

The It Pays To Play Sweepstakes is open to players 18 years of age or older. Players may be required to provide proof of their date of birth. |

A player may enter the It Pays To Play Sweepstakes more than once as long as a different game demo is played. However, a player is eligible to win only one prize in each drawing. |
|
Chances
of winning any prize in the It Pays To Play Sweepstakes depend on the
number of total entries. |

The
Virginia Lottery
will not be responsible
for entries submitted
incorrectly,
or received before
the September 22, 2009 start date
or after the December 1, 2009 entry deadline
date. Such entries
shall be deemed
invalid. |

be eligible to enter the It Pays To Play Sweepstakes, you must register as
a participant with your
name, date of birth, street address,
city, state and ZIP
code, phone number and
a valid e-mail address.
If you have
registered for previous
second-chance drawings
such as the the Corvette Cash Sweepstakes,
there is no need
to re-register. |

To participate, a player must complete at least one (1) of the Lottery Pick 3, Pick 4 or Cash 5 Game Demos on the Lottery Web site. Internet Game Demo is the only entry method for the Sweepstakes. No purchase is required to participate. |

The Winners selected will each be notified by an official letter sent by the Virginia Lottery. Included with the congratulatory letter will be a Claim form, an Affidavit of Eligibility form, return envelope and a complete copy of the Virginia Lottery’s It Pays To Play Sweepstakes Rules.
Winners who fail to respond to their winner notification will forfeit their Prize. |
