On the upper half of the ticket, match any of YOUR NUMBERS to either of the WINNING NUMBERS to win the prize shown for that matching number.
On the lower left of the ticket, reveal 3 identical amounts to win that amount. Reveal 2 identical amounts and a dollar-bill symbol [ ] to win DOUBLE that amount.
On the lower right of the ticket, reveal a coin pile symbol [ ] to win $25.
If you win – and the prize shown for your win is LIFE – you win $1,000 a week for the rest of your life.
